BRIEF:

Produce 130 original photographs to illustrate the stories, meditations and how-to chapters in the author’s text.

Work with the Art Director, Editor and Author to understand and create a cohesive visual narrative aligned with the book's themes and chapters. Work to Quarto Publishing Group USA Inc. Photography Guidelines and standards. Carry out pre-shoot planning to define shot list, locations, and necessary props.

Work with available light, reflectors and strobes to achieve quality. Deliver photographs for review and make adjustments as needed. Carry out edits and retouching to ensure consistency in tone and style. Work to meet progress deadlines and prepare images for print resolution, adhering to publishing standards.
